EMI Invests in Savelli

As you may have heard, Küttner Savelli S.r.l. recently changed its corporate structure which sees the German partner Küttner Holding GmbH & Co. KG reducing its holding to 50% of its shares and the newly established Savelli Holding S.r.l. holding the other 50% of shares.
As a result of this change, the company has changed its name, returning back to the familiar and original Savelli Technologies S.r.l. (SAVELLI for common use), and reinstating the orange logo Since 1842.
EMI is proud to announce that we have solidified our business relationship with Savelli by acquiring an interest in Savelli Holdings. This new partnership will ensure that EMI will continue to support the SAVELLI products and service in North America.
